Serve full jump-topspin serves at 80-100% velocity into deep corner zones, snapping over the ball for heavy drop while holding placement and alignment under fatigue.

Steps
01From well behind the endline, use a high in-front topspin toss released off the fingertips of the hitting hand for repeatability.
02Run a full spike approach (left-right-left for right-handers), loading the backswing into a bow-and-arrow position with the hitting elbow high.
03Jump vertically and contact just below and behind center at full reach, snapping the wrist and forearm hard over the top for aggressive topspin.
04Finish the swing across the body with a full follow-through and land balanced inside the court.
05Serve sets of 10 to alternating deep corners (zones 1 and 5), logging velocity and target percentage and resting between sets so late reps are served fatigued.
Common mistakes
Contacting too far under the ball, sending it long instead of dropping it in.
Cutting the follow-through short, robbing the serve of topspin and drop.
Letting the toss drift behind the head, forcing an arched back and loss of alignment and power.
Chasing maximum velocity at the cost of zone accuracy.
